Stormwater pipes have been installed after the strip footing is done.
Next thing will be the brickbase and supporting pillar.

One week after excavation,the strip footing is poured in one day. such a quick progress.

The neighbour complains about the timber fence at the rear is wobbling due to demolition and removing the root of the tree. We have to reassure them that we will fix the fence when we do our landscape and fence after the house is finished.

Site manager told me that the storm water drainage and brick pillar footing will be next.

Construction starts, Site excavation

Today is the 16 of September 2015, the site is excavated and start building. The Religious praying done before the site is excavated. Here are some pictures.

The house to be built is Metricon Bordeaux 50sq with slightly modification.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and double garage.
